Hotel Reservation Form

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Riverside Marriott Hotel.

You must make your own reservation by April 22 to receive the reunion room rate. Please note that the hotel is not able to guarantee this special reunion rate, nor room availability or bedding requirements once the block is filled, whichever comes first. A credit card will be needed to secure your reservation.

BY MAIL or FAX: Please download and print the PDF version of the Registration Form. Fill out the form completely including your credit card number and expiration date, and forward directly to the hotel at 3400 Market Street Riverside, California 92501 or fax to 951-369-7127. The hotel will send you a confirmation by email.
